Woman Writing in Her Book, Art Print of an Oil Painting. This was my final painting of 2023, which I wanted to be a piece I spent some time on. I was very interested in nature background scenes behind subjects at the time, and so I went all out on this one, with some water to try reflective areas. I also wanted to spend additional time on the subject, so I went with slightly more elaborate clothing. I even included a hat, which is quite rare for me. All in all, this was a very enjoyable painting to create and a resulting scene that I am proud of.
